United Christian Church is a union congregation of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and United Church of Christ whose mission is to actively participate in the transforming ministry of Jesus the Christ in the world by Affirming the presence of God in all persons; Supporting all people in their search for truth and meaning; Encouraging spiritual practices that lead to wholeness; Building

a caring community that pursues peace through justice; Being good stewards of God's creation. We are an open and affirming, progressive church that is committed to peace and justice. We affirm the dignity, worth, importance, and personal gifts of all people - inclusive of gender, sexual orientation, age, race, ethnic background, marital status, economic circumstance, and/or difference of ability. As we continue to learn and grow in understanding, we pledge to provide a safe, supportive community in which all persons - as they share in worship, fellowship, and leadership - may find the guidance and love of God in their lives. Due to COVID-19, United Christian Church, as a caring community have some adaptions to our Worship Service and Adult Forum meetings. We use ZOOM links or meet in person.

*We require that everyone who enters our building is fully vaccinated,
ages 12 and up.
*Children under age 12 are welcome, even if not vaccinated.
*Please observe social distancing. Please contact the office any weekday between 8:30 am - 12:30 pm if

Just some images of an excellent discussion we had on Friday July 17th by the incredible Mel about Christian Nationalism. Although this was a very heavy discussion, it's so important to understand what is happening in our country and our world. It's also vital that you are able to surround yourself with people who will love and support you, NO MATTER WHAT!

The message from June 21, 2026, Rev. Lance Roberds. It's important to remember the history and what we have learned as a result. Naming the bus driver and the police officers was so very important. The brave people in history tend to be who we remember, but we should also remember those who have had a negative impact on our history as well.

President Bill Clinton awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to civil rights icon Rosa Parks on September 15, 1996 . As the highest civilian honor awarded by the U.S. government, she received the medal in a special Oval Office ceremony in recognition of her historic activism and her role in the Montgomery bus boycott.
