Wow!! Thankful is an understatement.

We had an idea this summer to try a new event during this years Welcome Week. We knew it would be hot, so we thought “let’s do Gatorades and waters as students move into the dorms and as families and friends help them”…

Then we started to realized the amount of drinks, ice, ice chest, tents, and people we would need to even possibly run this event.

Well, God provided the exact right amount of coolers, tents, ice, and people!! And plenty of extra drinks that we can use over the next several weeks!

We are just so thankful for those of you who let us borrow your ice chest and tents.

Thankful for those who were willing to show up early and deliver supplies.
Thankful for those who helped set up the stations.
Thankful for those who were willing to sit in the heat to provide drinks.
Thankful for those who were willing to fill up and unload ice chests.
Thankful for those who were willing to work on our front yard while waiting for HVAC workers at the BSM.

Thankful for those who were willing to be flexible as we learn!

Thankful for you being willing to love SPC Students!!

I know if I name them all I will miss someone but each person was necessary for this event to happen. So THANK YOU! (Including those of you not pictured)

THANK YOU!! Thanks to your prayers, your giving, and the Lord’s ultimate provision, our Roof and AC/Heater repair project is officially paid in full!

Praise the Lord!!

Truly this is such a gift seeing that repair work will begin in the next week or so! So thank you to those of you who prayed, shared, and advocated for us!

Thank you to those of you who gave! We could not continue to be a part of what God is doing on our campus without these repairs!

Any gifts made toward the repair project beyond the goal, will go towards other projects needed around the building. If you’d like to give toward ministry operations or missions, those gifts will also be stewarded prayerfully.

If there are ever any questions regarding this, please reach out to our staff and we will gladly answer them to the best of our abilities.

As our semester comes to an end, we also want to say a big thank you to our church, ministry, and individual partners who pray for and love our students! If you drive by our BSM and notice the yard starting to look like spring, it’s because of these guys!

A few weeks ago, they came to the BSM on their day off to work on getting our yard ready for Spring. They trimmed trees, cleaned up flower beds, and cleaned up the yard!

Huge THANK YOU to Malcolm, Jadon, Brenden, Johnathan, and Brandon for their hard work!

This has also helped us be ready for our roofers to show up at the beginning of May. There were several limbs that were touching the roof, but now those are no longer an issue!

We are still fundraising for our roof project. In total the roof will cost $60,000 (we have raised about $20,000) and the AC/Heater units will cost about $15,000.

It’s been 2 weeks since Beach Reach & still can’t get over how amazing our God is…. If you know someone in these photos ask them about their experience!

Our team….
Gave 194 rides
Prayed with 161 people
Had 202 spiritual conversations
Saw 1 recommit their life to Christ
Led 3 new believers to Jesus
& 3 of our own students got baptized while we were there!

We are so thankful for all the support, prayers, & encouragement that allowed up to go on this trip! So thank you!!

It has been a great Holy week… praying you have a great weekend celebrating the one who died for us, and rose again in order that we might have life to the fullest. Don’t forget that you are so loved 🫶🏼
