PIF NJ PIF NJ is an English Ministry located in Leonia, NJ. We desire to take part in the Great Commission by empowering and investing in the 4-14 window.

The mission of PIF-NJ is to reach our New Jersey area with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to be an authentic, Bible believing and Holy Spirit led community, that lives out our faith, and are locally and globally engaged in bringing forth the Gospel. What is the 4-14

Window? When we say “4/14 Window”, it refers to the children and teenagers between the age of 4 to 14. This is the second page of the 10/40 Window which had been at the center stage of world missions during the past 20 years. The reason why this 4/14 age group are getting such attention is because: 1) Their acceptability toward the gospel is higher than any other age groups. This is supported by the statistics that 85% of the adult Christians in the U.S. accepted Christ when they were kids—similar to the age group of 4 to 14. 2) Their deliverability of the gospel is higher than any other age groups. They are the group that most uses social media, like YouTube, twitter etc.
4/14 Window Movement focuses on this group of children not merely as the object of the Christian education or missions, but as the agent of the missions, and even one more step further, it considers them as the partner of the mission by reaching them, rescuing, rooting, and releasing them into another region of the world. In light of our English Ministry we believe in a culture of investment and community. While our ministry is not literally 4-14 in age we believe that the church should be connected together from the youngest to the oldest. We believe that the next generation is our future and that every person in our church can take part in magnifying the glory of God as we run together as one body.

Good Morning PIF-NJ,
We are still looking for participants who can help sing for the Commemorative service for Rev. Nam Soo Kim. Below is a description from Rev. Jun Kwon on what Promise church will be preparing. I would highly recommend that our ministry would participate in this! This will be a great time to work together with the whole church as well as do something nice to honor God and show appreciation to Rev. Nam Soo Kim! Please let em know if you are interested.

Dear Beloved PIF-NJ ,
As you may know, Rev. Nam Soo Kim has been faithfully serving the body of Promise Church for the many years. September of 2017 marks his 40th year of serving this body. Our entire church is getting together to have a special celebration service to honor his 40 years of faithful service, as well as giving God for leading our church for the last 42 years.
We have the distinct privilege of being able to Members from the NY and NJ's campuses' respective PIF (English Ministries), youth groups, and children's ministries will be coming together to perform a special number. It will be a medley of two songs. The first and main song will be 'Every Praise' by Hezekiah Walker, and ending with just the ending chorus of 'God of this City' by Chris Tomlin.
The actual Anniversary service is on Sunday, September 17th at 4:00pm in the Jerusalem Chapel (Main Sanctuary)
We are having one main practice with all the adults and children in this performance on Saturday, September 16th from 1:00pm to 3:30pm in the Jerusalem Chapel. If you could have your child participate in this performance, it would be greatly appreciated.
Please note that the dress code for the performance will be the following:
Boys/Men : black jeans, white dress shirt, with black tie
Girls/Women: black jeans or skirt with white blouse or top
