✝️ Volunteer Catechists Needed!

St. Anna Parish Religious Education is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to share their faith with our young people!

We are currently looking for:

Intermediate Catechist: Grades 3–5
Middle School Catechist: Grades 6–8

Classes meet Sunday mornings from 8:45–9:45 AM, beginning September 20 and continuing through April, with vacation weeks and holidays off.

No teaching experience is necessary—just a willingness to share your faith and help guide our students as they grow in their relationship with God.

Our Religious Education classes begin September 20th. To enroll your child, please fill out a registration form, which can be picked up in the church or from the parish office. Completed forms can be returned by placing them in the collection baskets or by bringing them to the parish office.

Join us Tonight, Monday, August 24th from 7 to 8 pm in our parish church for The Tears of Saint Monica Devotion.

Saint Monica feared for the soul of her son who
lived a life of public and notorious sin. She wept
often for him, and prayed daily. Saint Ambrose told her that her tears were prayers that would bring her son back to the Church. It did, and he became a great bishop and even doctor of the Church, Saint Augustine. There is a devotion, The Tears of Saint Monica, that is a holy hour before the Blessed Sacrament offered for those who have fallen away or been alienated by the Church.

It is time to register for Religious Education! Classes begin September 20th. We’re excited to welcome our students back for another year of growing in faith.

We’re also looking for catechists who would like to share their time and faith with our children. Whether you’ve taught before or are new to catechizing, we’d love to have you join us!
