Meet the McDonald family! They have served with us at CenterPoint for many years. Zack has been an elder for 4 years and helped train and equip many disciples who have made disciples. As we all know God has plans for our lives we never see coming and He has done it again! God has moved their heart for the area around UTC University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. So they are uprooting their lives so the gospel can be shared disciples can be made and the Great Commission can be fulfilled! As they make this journey they need your help!

First and most importantly they need prayer! It’s hard to leave everything and start fresh with new relationships new area and new life focus!

Second they need support! Living on faith is just that accepting a call to go and believing God will make it happen as He uses the Holy Spirit to speak to believers.

We are making a push to raise funds for this family as they Go! September 10 is match day for E3 the organization Zack and his family is teaming up with! So when you give a one time gift of support they match that gift! Let’s show God and this family what the most important thing is in our lives! As we met tonight we received some of the most beautiful encouragement a church body can ever receive. As a young man opened up in our meeting he said “I knew I loved Jesus and was saved but now I’m understanding how to follow him”.

The wonderful thing was he went around the room highlighting different people who had engaged him and how they impacted his understanding of Christ. We were led by someone who it was their first time to teach and he did a great job of opening up 1 Corinthians 1. Gods word and His spirit led the meeting to spiritual gifts and we experienced the Scriptures come to life tonight.
