We had a great service at church. I do not know how many more times Daddy will be able to get on that podium and do a devotion. But he loves giving devotions. He said I don’t think this one was as good. Maybe it was too long. Only one person said they enjoyed it. I said no Daddy you did a great job.

We have several young men at our church now. They are being taught how to lead Singing how to get up and have confidence in front of a group of people and how to grow in the Lord’s kingdom. How to act during prayer. The children are the growth of the church. If you are looking for a Church home and you have small children, we welcome them. The sounds of children are the growth of the church.

A lot of hard work has been put in the church maintenance. Just like our homes it takes maintenance, hard labor, and supplies to keep things up to par. The deck ramp is being replaced due to rotted wood. The trees have been cut down in the cemetery to protect the property of loved ones tombrocks and a water leak is in the process of being taken care of. If you wonder where you’re offering goes, this is just a portion of it. There is termite control, electricity, and water bills to keep our building comfortable and intact.

It is that time of the year to make donations toward our beautiful well kept cemetery. Decoration is 1st Sunday in May. May 3, 2026. We appreciate everyone who has family buried there that makes donations. Lots of work has already been done. You can mail donations to the Five Points Church of Christ 430 Five Points Rd, Leoma, TN 38468. We do have a mailbox at the church now. Yes it is in the Leoma zip code.

Help us welcome our new preacher and his wife. Dr Dalton and Katie Wright from Tuscumbia, Alabama. Dr Dalton is a dentist at Treehouse Children’s Dentistry. Katie is an infusion RN at Trinity Medical Center. We are excited for our church families and our community.
