We learned that it took the action of Adam and Eve to disobey God. Although Eve was listening to the serpent, she still took the action of grabbing the fruit and eating it. So, we learned that when we disobey our parents we should think about Adam and Eve, not placing blame on others but taking ownership of our action and dealing with the consequences of our actions.
