Good luck to Coach Jessica and all of those running the Chicago Marathon today for great causes and ministries.

One of the ministry partners of both Nazarene Recreation & First Nazarene Church is By The Hand Club For Kids. Each year we participate in their "Bike Across Chicago" to raise money and awareness for the kids at By The Hand, giving them abundant life—mind, body and soul.

One of our Rec Employees, Jessica Frederick, is running the Chicago Marathon this fall in support of By The Hand. Jessica has participated in the Bike Across Chicago event in the past two years as well.

When you join us for Rec, you are a part of something bigger than youth sports. Our motto of "Helping Families Win" stretches far beyond the fields, courts, and classrooms on our facility. Last Call for Late Fall!

Our Late Fall session features all indoor sports.

Registration is also open for our 7 - 12 Year Old Rising Stars Semi Competitive Co-Ed sports as well.

Don't forget to mark on your registration if you are interested in coaching, along with any player recommendations of friends you would like to play on the same team with.

Registration will CLOSE on Sunday, October 11 for All Star Sports.

Good Morning T-Ball & Baseball Families,

Due to the weather from this morning, and poor field conditions, we are forced to cancel all outdoor T-Ball & Baseball games/practices for today's 10/1 scheduled activities.

This is our second cancellation which means a $10 credit will be added to your recdesk account to use for future rec registrations.

Weather is looking great for our last week of T-Ball/Baseball on 10/8, and our Family Fall Fest Awards Ceremony on 10/11 from 4-6 PM.

I wanted to invite you to join us this Sunday, September 13, at First Nazarene Church for what we are calling "Back to Church Sunday".

Come early to enjoy coffee and donuts, as well as to check your children in to Naz Kids during services. NazKids is a ministry of First Nazarene Church for children birth- 5th grade and their families. Check us out on Sunday mornings at 9AM and 10:30AM!

Whether it's your first time joining us on a Sunday, or you are planning to join us again this Sunday, our prayer is that this place feels like home.

One of the things I love about Naz Rec, is the friendships that are created and shared through our programs.

Here at First Nazarene Church, we offer the same opportunity in what we call Life Groups.

Life groups range from activity based, to study based, and growth opportunities.

These options allow for a variety of interests for the entire family.
