The Day In Between
The day after Good Friday must have felt unbearable.
Jesus was gone.
The miracles had stopped.
The crowds were gone.
The disciples were hiding.
The believers were heartbroken and confused.
The people who doubted Him probably thought it was over.
Imagine being one of His followers that day.
You believed He was the Savior.
You watched Him heal people, feed thousands, walk on water…
And now He was dead.
No resurrection yet.
No victory yet.
Just silence.
Just grief.
Just confusion.
They didn’t know Sunday was coming.
And I think that’s where a lot of us live sometimes…
In the day between the promise and the miracle.
Between the prayer and the answer.
Between the heartbreak and the healing.
But just because Sunday hasn’t come yet
doesn’t mean it isn’t coming.
Sometimes God is working the most
when everything feels the most quiet.
Don’t lose hope in your Saturday. Sunday is coming.
