Hi,
I am going to start sending over my malpractice evidence list, and research.
I am in severe pain constantly, and my nerves are very bad.
You can respond with a time to call you.
********************************
Depakote:
Abbott paid $1.5 billion to the federal government and 24 states for promoting Depakote for off-label use. This was the second largest settlement paid by a drug company at the time. In 2012, Abbott pleaded guilty to a federal charge of misbranding Depakote.
Geodon And Seroquel:
Using ziprasidone together with QUEtiapine is not recommended. Combining these medications can increase the risk of an irregular heart rhythm that may be serious and potentially life-threatening, although it is a relatively rare side effect.
Do not take this medication with any of the following:
Arsenic trioxide.
Certain antibiotics like gatifloxacin, moxifloxacin, sparfloxacin.
Certain medications for irregular heart beat like amiodarone, dofetilide, flecainide, procainamide, quinidine, sotalol.
Chlorpromazine.
Cisapride.
Dextromethorphan; quinidine.
Dolasetron
**********************************
Current Recommendations (non-negotiable)
Pain:
Behavioural and autonomic signs of pain
frowning, sad or frightened face.
grimacing, wincing, eye tightening or closing.
distorted facial expressions - brow raising/lowering, cheek raising, nose wrinkling, lip corner pulling.
rapid blinking.
Percocet:
This combination medication is used to help relieve moderate to severe pain. It contains an opioid pain reliever (oxycodone) and a non-opioid pain reliever (acetaminophen). Oxycodone works in the brain to change how your body feels and responds to pain.
PTSD:
Reliving aspects of what happened
vivid flashbacks (feeling like the trauma is happening right now)
intrusive thoughts or images.
nightmares.
intense distress at real or symbolic reminders of the trauma.
physical sensations such as pain, sweating, nausea or trembling.
Drugs such as Xanax (alprazolam), Klonopin (clonazepam), Va**um (diazepam), and Ativan (lorazepam) work quickly, typically bringing relief within 30 minutes to an hour. That makes them very effective when taken during a panic attack or another overwhelming anxiety episode.
Doctor's, and people involved in my torture case against Medicaid. The below, including family, are the defendants.

This is the list of accusations as I continue to outline my case against the State:
Dereliction of duties
Willful intent to cause harm, and allowing harm to continue (in direct violation of the Hippocratic Oath).
Engaging in clinical trials against the patient's rights to refuse treatment.
8th amendment violations of rights with knowledge that the constitutional articles references to "threat to public safety" had not been violated by the patient, with exception to self defense speech.
Being a direct threat to public safety via malpractice, including drug refusal because you might feel good on certain DEA controlled substances.
Continuous looping to other facilities while denying certain needed DEA controlled substances.
Dismissiveness of patient medication recommendations, and requests.
72 hrs plus utilization of facilities for ill gotten gains, and unnecessary treatment.
Big money numbers = big R&D quack mumbo jumbo.
"Doctor's don't mind, and the patients don't matter, now Medicaid payup" mentalities.
I'm continuing to think on the matter to sum up my thoughts more.
Signed,
Rev. Dr. Dwight "David" Hutto II, Ph.D.

To continue. These are the tests needed now, and the estimate for my hip surgery from being jumped at Conway Mental Health, and a recent injury due to medication upon release from Rebound Mental Health (I went into shock, and fell off the steps, and currently need a walker).
Full body MRI = $1,526
Regular hip surgery = $46,400
Signed,
Dwight "David" Hutto II

Also:
Direct 4th Amendment violations, and confiscation of personal, and corporate property.
Corporate espionage.
Potentially treasonous acts.
Human rights violations(inhumane treatment) everywhere during the course of at least ten years on First Choice Medicaid(I have been through Lexington County Community Mental Health since about 11-12 yrs. old).
Best Regards,
David
