Today I thought back over the last 3 years, and I thank God that He brought me through, He delivered me, He reensured me, when I called on Him or sang all day and night, going into surgery & coming out of surgery God still has a plan for me.

"Prepare ye the way of the Lord" Tomorrow morning I have to do Fasting Bloodwork sooo today I'm enjoying a Low sodium scrambled sausage with eggs on lightly buttered sourdough sandwich with freshly spreaded Avocado. Enjoyed this deeelicious sandwich with cottage cheese & cut up Avocado and a hot cup of tea/coffee.
