Is Your Anger Actually a Soul Alarm?

We have been told a lie. We have been told that spiritual people do not get angry. We are taught to just let it go or keep it positive. That is nothing but a spiritual bypass. What if your anger is the actual signal showing you exactly where you need to grow? Think of it as a soul alarm. When it rings, it is telling you a boundary has been crossed, a value is being ignored, or an injustice has occurred. Do not unplug the alarm clock. Instead, learn to take a sacred pause. This week, we are looking at how to channel that heat into something creative rather than something destructive. Your anger is the heat that makes the hard metal malleable. It is the fuel for sacred purposeful action. How do you usually handle your anger? Do you suppress it, or do you let it lead you? Let’s talk about it in the comments.
