Some nights worship feels easy. Other nights, it’s a sacrifice.
But faith isn’t built only in the moments we feel God — it’s built in the moments we choose to praise Him anyway.

In recovery, there are hard days, quiet days, lonely days, and days we wonder if healing is really happening. Yet even there, God is still working.

Praise Him when you feel strong.
Praise Him when you feel broken.
Praise Him when the answers haven’t come yet.

Because worship isn’t based on our feelings — it’s based on who He is. 🙌

Grief hits differently in recovery.

Losing someone you love while learning to live without old coping habits can feel overwhelming. There’s no numbing it, no escaping it—just the raw, real weight of loss.

You may feel the urge to go back to what once helped you avoid the pain. But choosing to stay in recovery, even in the middle of grief, is one of the strongest things you can do.

Grief and healing can exist at the same time.
You can miss them deeply and still move forward.
You can feel broken and still be rebuilding.

If you’re walking through loss in recovery, take it one moment at a time. Lean on your support system. Let yourself feel. You don’t have to go through it alone 💜

Walk into today knowing:
• You are equipped for what’s in front of you
