Sunday Morning Service

09/25/2026

Yesterday morning's LTC Ladies' Day of Service & Fellowship took place in the church basement where, after Kim Hiatt's detailed instructions, the women worked on various projects related to Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes.

Before the Ladies' Day invitations were sent out, it was asked in the flyer if each could donate one or more pounds of ground beef. No one knew WHY until the end of the actual morning of the event! There was an amazing total of 30 POUNDS of meat donated which would be delivered to the Ohio Mission Bible Training Center, Rocky Fork! The lunch was billed as a "mystery location", but all soon discovered it would be at The Dockside at Rocky Fork Lake - very near the OMBTC! Imagine that!

What a nice day it was! Thank you to all who donated their time, talents, and ground beef! God bless!

Three baptisms were celebrated Sunday, September 6 at the home of George & Wendy Smith. Amanda Gebhart, Randy Jackson & Matthew Leach each chose to make a personal profession of faith in front of witnesses.

The congregation was invited to come after worship and enjoy fellowship & lunch before the ceremonies began. All attending gathered around the pool where Pastor Rich blessed the water to be used for the baptisms. It was a beautiful day to witness this rite of washing away sin with water, symbolizing spiritual rebirth and union with Jesus Christ!
