Christ Church Lucketts The Little Church with a BIG heart Welcome to Christ Episcopal Church in Lucketts, Virgnia.

We worship together in an historic chapel built just after the Civil War about 5 miles north of Leesburg on Route 15. Worship services are currently held in person on Sundays at 9:30 am and sometimes on Zoom. Contact [email protected] for the link - we'd love to have you join us! In response to current CDC guidance, masks must be worn inside the church.

Exciting News!!! We will meet for worship this Sunday, April 19, 2026, at 9:30am at Christ Church Lucketts.

For those of you that may not know, we have been out of our church since the January snow storm when the church lost power and the pipes froze, causing a flood in the sacristy portion of the building.

Thank you Faith Chapel Gathering Place for opening your space and your heart to us over the last several months.

My sister-in-law is in Asheville, NC with her church and posted this, FYI

FYI: what we’re hearing now is please, no more donations. They’ve had so much stuff pour in and there’s no place to put it all and no one to manage it. A guy last night called it the storm within the storm.

Southern if anyone asks, what they need is $$. Being in the mountains, no one expected for their homes and. Businesses to be swept away by flood, and they don’t have flood insurance.

We went to Burnsville yesterday, which was a pretty hard- hit area. 10 days later, they’ve opened the main road, but a lot of the bridges are gone and roads are buckled or broken off. They’ve cleaned up and are continuing to clean up what they can. We went to a small, old, Presbyterian church that had water up to the second floor.
