What we celebrate!
Labor Day is more than a day off. At its heart, it is a day to celebrate:
• The dignity and value of honest work.
• The people who serve, build, teach, heal, grow food, protect, clean, transport, create, and care for others.

From a pastoral perspective, it is also a meaningful occasion to thank God for the gifts, strength, opportunities, and people through whom work is done. Whether someone’s work is public or unseen, paid or unpaid, in an office, a classroom, a hospital, a home, a church, or a community, their service has value.
“Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands” (Psalm 90:17).

Church Family,
Pastor Cheri and I want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the love, faithfulness, and commitment you showed while we were away out of the country.
It is such a blessing to know that the work of God continues because faithful people are willing to step up, serve, pray, lead, encourage, and care for the house of God. Thank you to every person who helped maintain the church, supported the ministry, led in worship, taught, prayed, served, gave, greeted, and stood in the gap.
You reminded us that the church is not built upon one person, but upon Jesus Christ—and every believer has an important place in His purpose. Your faithfulness has strengthened our hearts and encouraged us greatly.
We return refreshed, grateful, and excited about all that God is doing and all that He is preparing to do next! We believe the Lord has greater things ahead for our church family. Let us continue moving forward together in unity, expectation, and faith.

Thank you for being faithful. Thank you for loving God’s house. Thank you for serving with joy.

What a blessing to see such a strong turnout at our men’s ministry breakfast. The fellowship was rich, the food was great, and the time together was truly refreshing. Moments like these strengthen our faith and remind us that we are better together as brothers in Christ. I’m grateful for each of you and excited for what God is doing in your lives.
