Join us this Sunday, October 25th at 10:00 a.m. at GraceWay Church for our annual Kirkin’ O’ the Tartans Worship Service, featuring the Mount Dora Pipe Band, whose stirring bagpipes will lead our processional and enrich this special time of worship. Rooted in Scottish tradition, the Kirkin’ O’ the Tartans celebrates the blessing of families and the distinctive heritage represented by Scotland’s historic clan tartans. This meaningful service invites us all to give thanks for our own family and ethnic heritage and to celebrate God’s grace, which reaches across generations and brings us together in faith. Come experience this beautiful blend of Scottish tradition, music, and worship as we celebrate God’s goodness and the blessings of our families.

Blessing of the Pets is coming to GraceWay Church! Join us this Saturday, October 3 at 10:00 AM under the canopy by the Sanctuary as we give thanks for the goodness of God’s creation and the companionship of our beloved animals. Everyone is welcome! We’ll also be joined by A Forever Home Animal Rescue, who will bring a few animals available for adoption. Bring your pets, bring your friends, and, if you’d like, bring an item from their Wish List to help animals waiting for their forever homes.

What an incredible evening at GraceWay Church!

Last night, nearly 350 people gathered for In God We Trust as we celebrated faith, freedom, and hope and commemorated America’s 250th anniversary.

From the Presentation of the Colors and our National Anthem to the powerful music of our Celebration Choir, featured soloists, and handbell choirs, the evening was filled with moments that touched our hearts. The congregation stood together several times throughout the program—a beautiful reminder that this was more than a concert. It was a celebration of faith and a night of worship.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Randy Frieling and the members of First Presbyterian Church of Mount Dora who joined our Celebration Choir and combined with our handbell choir. We are also grateful to the Lake Sumter Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution Color Guard for presenting the colors and helping us begin the evening with such dignity and honor.

Thank you to everyone who participated, served, attended, prayed, and helped make this evening possible. And what a wonderful way to finish the night—with pie and fellowship!

To God be the glory!
