PARISH UPDATE:

Loudoun County has closed schools on Wednesday, 1/8/25: however, as the weather conditions are good, and the parking lot and sidewalks are all treated and usable...we will be making the following exceptions to our Inclement Weather Policy:
both the 7:00am and 12:00pm Masses will be celebrated as usual; all scheduled meetings and activities may take place (unless they have already been canceled by the organizers) apart from Religious Education which will remain canceled; and a decision on Eucharistic Adoration will be forthcoming.

PARISH UPDATE:

Upon further assessment of the condition of the parking lot and sidewalks this morning, Tuesday, 1/7/25, they are still in need more plowing work to make conditions more usable and safe, so out of an abundance of caution we are going to cancel the 12pm Mass and keep the Church closed today while this work is completed. Please pass this message along to other parishioners.

Parish Announcement: As Loudoun County has closed schools on Tuesday, 1/7/25, in accord with the parish inclement weather policy: all scheduled meetings, events, programs and activities are canceled for the entire day; this will include the 7:00am Mass...the only exception to the usual policy will be the 12:00pm Mass which will take place.

"Per our parish inclement weather policy: as Loudoun County has closed schools and admin offices on Monday, 1/6/25, in anticipation of the winter storm...the entire parish campus will be closed on 1/6/25 and all activities, programs, and events, including both daily Masses, are canceled. "

Cantors Needed for 7:30 Mass

King David exhorted the harp(ist)s and lyres (lyricists?) to help him "wake the dawn" (Psalm 108) so they could "sing aloud of [God's] mercy in the morning" (Psalm 59). Are you part of the joyful choir of pray-ers in song who worships at 7:30, and would you like to help lead music?
