Next Sunday, 6/7, for the Solemnity of Corpus Christi
We will have a Eucharistic Procession, as in previous years, immediately following the 2:15 PM Spanish Mass.
The procession will begin in the Church after exposition of Blessed Sacrament at end of Mass….the procession will make its way out of the Church and down the steps of the front plaza over to a temporary altar (table with linen & flowers) on the parish rectory lawn across from the Chapel); after prayers there the procession will continue across the rectory lawn to the patio of the Cemetery Chapel (similar table set up there) for prayers, incensation, etc..: then the procession will make its way down the cemetery road to the third spot in front of the Parish Center (a third table set up by the sign) for the final prayers, incensation, etc…Then the procession will proceed down the gravel drive by the rectory and up the front plaza steps and back into the church to the altar…Benediction will take place, followed by reposition.

Dear parishioners:

After 5 years with us as a parochial vicar, Fr. Michael Kelly is being transferred to St. Thomas a' Becket parish in Reston to be parochial vicar there: I know we will all miss him and are grateful for his time with us here and all of his positive contributions to the parish over the years. We will be planning a suitable farewell event for the parish: more information on these will be forthcoming.

The Bishop will be sending "soon-to-be ordained- a priest", Deacon Eric McDade, as our new parochial vicar....it will be a joy to welcome another newly ordained priest to our parish...let us all pray for him in these final weeks before his ordination!

Blessings,

Fr. Kevin

Attention all parishioners:

Following up on last year’s Synod on Synodality in Rome; the Pope has requested all Diocese’s
implement Ecclesial Assemblies to further the discussion and practice of synodality on many
levels. Our area of the Diocese will be holding such an Assembly on May 16, 2026 at Holy Trinity

Presentation on the background of the Synod; a presentation on how synodality is being practiced
In our Diocese; a meditation on authentic synodality; and interactive feedback from participants.
Each parish has been asked to send 10 members: anyone interested in attending this Assembly is asked
to contact Fr. Kevin (via email at [email protected]) to let him know of your interest.

We are honored to share moments from our Live Stations of the Cross held on Good Friday. This was a powerful, prayer-filled experience for our parish community.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our photographer, Bernadette Dalgetty of An Endless Pursuit Photography, for capturing these moments with such care and beauty.
