Good morning Fitness Kings and Queens 👑

WE ARE SO EXCITED TO SEE YOU TOMORROW!

Schedule:

We will be meeting in the sanctuary at 9:00 a.m. to walk.

10:00 a.m. is devotion and prayer request followed by our regular exercise class.
We will break for a healthy snack and fellowship.
11:15 we have low impact aerobics.

Our CD's use weights and bands.

We encourage you to bring some. We do have some to share if you don't have any.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER 💦

I, Debi will bring the healthy snack and devotion! 😁

Can't wait to see you all tomorrow.

Join us Sunday to hear more good preach’n from Bro. Philip Hutchings. He’ll bring the message during the morning service.

And the evening service starts with Potluck Supper at 5:00pm. Bring your favorite food and we’ll all break bread together.

Then at 6:00pm the Hymn Sing begins with some of our favorite folks, Ricky Atkinson & Compassion! It’s going to be great!
