Follow this schedule (though a day behind) for preparing for Easter Sunday!

Sunday (Palm Sunday): The triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem; Jesus visits the temple and returns to Bethany (Mark 11:1–11).

Monday: Jesus curses the fig tree and cleanses the temple (Mark 11:12–19).

Tuesday: Jesus teaches using the withered fig tree, has intense conflict with religious leaders, and the gives Olivet Discourse regarding the destruction of Jerusalem and end times (Mark 11:20–13:37).

Wednesday: Jesus is anointed at Bethany and Judas Iscariot plots to betray Jesus (Mark 14:1–11). This narrative also possibly takes place on Tuesday.

Thursday (Maundy Thursday): The Last Supper, Gethsemane, and arrest (Mark 14:12–52).

Friday (Good Friday): Trials before Pilate, crucifixion, and burial (Mark 15:1–47).

Saturday: Jesus rests in the tomb on the Sabbath (Saturday) (Mark 15:42).

Sunday (Easter): Jesus rises from the grave and the disciples find an empty tomb! (Mark 16:1–8).

He is risen!
