I was approached by Sam Bach the coach of the girls and boys Cross Country team about a fundraiser they wanted to do for the Love Like Caroline Foundation. Last week was the perfect opportunity to do it when she asked me about Thursday and Sam didn’t know that Friday was going to be Caroline’s Birthday so we scheduled it. We were blown away. The kids and parents that came were so sweet and kind. Caroline would have loved to talk to the kids about Being A Light so I did. The students were so respectable and I could tell they were glad to be part of this fundraiser.
When we walked up we had no idea that the students had taken some of Caroline’s doodles and writings from her prayer journals and design the entire sidewalk running in front of the fitness center. I was walking along to go to the fundraiser and I know my mouth was on the floor.
The students worked so hard and it was a hot evening last Thursday so it was even harder on them. I want to thank everyone that had a part in this fundraiser and we will be able to use any fundraising for the Be A Light scholarships and missionary scholarships we give through the foundation.

During the Praise Fest this morning a butterfly came and landed on my arm and after sitting for a while proceeded to the lady in front of me with a sweatshirt on that read “Jesus Loves You” 💕

This was Caroline’s 25th birthday. She was busy at school and I stopped by to take her out to eat at one of her favorite restaurants that day so she could get back to studying.
We miss her so much! We would love to celebrate her big this year and every year because she was so busy the last 8 years we wanted to make up our time lost with our Caroline.
We love you Caroline! Happy Heavenly 28th Birthday today sweetie. One day closer to spending eternity with you and Jesus one day. Until then know your family is celebrating you today! 💕
