This is a NOW Word for someone reading this. Nehemiah 4:14-15

“Then as I looked over the situation, I called together the nobles and the rest of the people and said to them, “Don’t be afraid of the enemy! Remember the Lord, who is great and glorious, and fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your homes!” When our enemies heard that we knew of their plans and that God had frustrated them, we all returned to our work on the wall.”

Return to your post! God has frustrated the plans of the enemy. Fight for your families! Fight for righteousness. We aren’t doing our kids or friends any favors by coddling them in their sin and rebellion. We FIGHT for them, not against them! But we speak the truth in love— and it’ll turn them around! If you love them, you will tell them.

Another fall festival behind us. God truly has blessed West Side Church of God. The kids all had a great time playing a variety of games. Eating hot dogs 🌭and ice cream 🍦. Thank you to all who helped set up and take down. May God bless you all is our prayer.

The fish fry was a great success. Wonderful food and fellowship. Thank you to all who continued by cooking, serving, setting up and cleaning up. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful congregation.
