Athens Missionary Baptist Church voted to close revival services tonight. Glory be to God for how the Lord blessed our church with a wonderful revival this week. Three souls stepped out on faith, gave their testimonies, and requested to unite with the church by baptism. Three stepped out to join the church by moving their memberships. Three souls were saved during services this week, with one requesting to unite with the church as well. God also fed His church with wonderful messages through the preaching of His word. We thank the Lord for a blessed week! Please continue to pray for the lost sinners who were seeking the Lord throughout this week. Thank you Lord for blessing us at Athens this week!

Athens will begin its effort meeting this Sunday, June 15th. Sunday night services will begin at 6:00 pm. Monday thru Saturday night services will begin at 7:00 pm. Preaching will be by Bro. Jeff Blackwell, Bro. Kevin Harrison, Bro. Derrick Dickens, Bro. Tanner Troutt, Bro. Johnny Boles and Bro. Easton Drennon. We invite everyone to attend. Please be in prayer for the lost, the services, and all of the preachers as they bring God’s messages.
