I loved that a friend with a toddler wanted to participate in NOT Girl Summer.

She craved a little space to breathe, rest, and reconnect with God, but she also wanted to be intentional with her daughter during those precious years that seem to fly by in a blur of snack cups, storybooks, and laundry piles.

She asked if I could create something just for moms and little ones.

Of course, I said yes.

What started as a simple idea for one sweet friend has grown into Rooted Together: a 6-week Mommy & Me Bible Study designed to help you create meaningful moments with your child while planting God's truth in both of your hearts.

Each week includes a simple Bible lesson, discussion prompts, hands-on activities, and opportunities to build faith-filled memories together. No complicated prep. No pressure to be the "perfect" Bible study mom. Just intentional time spent growing closer to Jesus and each other.

Whether you're reading at the kitchen table, on the couch, or outside under the summer sunshine, Rooted Together helps make faith a natural part of your everyday moments.

It's been one week since June started.

How are we doing, NOT Girls? ☀️

Be honest.

Did you already overcommit yourself?
Did you answer emails on your day off?
Did you worry about something that never happened?
Did you say yes when you wanted to say no?

Because... same.

One of the things I love most about growth is that it isn't ruined by a rough week.

You don't have to wait until Monday.
You don't have to wait until next month.
You don't have to wait until life settles down.

You can begin again today.

Well, that's unfortunate news for those of us who have been waiting 17 years to experience joy. 😂

What if you aren't tired?

What if you've just been depended on for too long?

That quote stopped me in my tracks this week.

So did my decision to sign up for a Mahjong class. 😂

I know. Nobody is more surprised than I am.
