Sister church (St John's Lutheran Church, Fredericksburg, PA). Together we are the Mt Zion Lutheran Parish. Each church has a church council and those councils comprise the Parish council. Normally, Sunday services are: Zoar at 9 AM, Sunday School at 10:15 AM. St

John's Sunday School at 9 AM, Service at 10:30 AM. Bennett Harris is the minister at both churches. Joint events include Sunday night Bible Study (Sept-May, 6:30-8:00 pm), Tuesday night Women’s Bible Study (1st & 3rd Tues year round), Wednesday night Lenten soup supper/bible study, Good Friday Service (includes the whole Fredericksburg Ministerium), Outdoor Parish Service & Picnic (June), Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, Sunday between Christmas & New Year’s, and Vacation Bible School (VBS) (usually late June), Vacation Bible School presentation & brunch (Sunday after VBS).
