Waiting seasons can feel lonely, confusing, and exhausting—but God is still working in the wilderness. In Worship in the Waiting (1 Samuel 18–23), we follow David through caves, betrayal, and uncertainty, and discover that worship isn’t just for the victory—it’s for the waiting too.

If you’ve ever wondered where God is in the middle of delayed prayers, difficult seasons, or unanswered questions, please know—even in the cave, God is still faithful. Join us this Sunday at 10 AM at the Warren County Fairgrounds.

🇺🇸 This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice reminds us of the words of Jesus: “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

Today, we pray for the families of the fallen, give thanks for the freedoms we enjoy, and remember those who paid the ultimate price. ❤️🤍💙

Our next Nature Group adventure will take place at 9:00 AM on Saturday, June 13th at Gilmore Metropark. We will meet at the Bilstein Boulevard entrance, located at 8300 Bilstein Boulevard, Hamilton, Ohio 45015. This is a mostly level, paved path, and we should encounter plenty of birds, wild flowers, butterflies, and other wildlife. (As an added bonus, if you would like to experience food shopping from all around the world on your way home, Gilmore Metropark is a short 1 ½ miles (about 5 minutes) away from the Fairfield Jungle Jim’s International Market.) Val will lead the group in a short devotion prior to the walk. Dress for the weather, and don’t forget to bring along some water. Please feel free to invite friends, and don’t hesitate to contact Val Casto at 513-404-7008 or [email protected] with any questions! https://www.yourmetroparks.net/parks/gilmore-metropark

🔥 Come, Holy Spirit, come! 🔥

Today we celebrate Pentecost — the day the Holy Spirit filled the disciples with courage, unity, and holy fire. In the Wesleyan tradition, we remember that God’s Spirit is still moving among us today: renewing hearts, empowering service, and calling us to love boldly.

“Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.” — Galatians 5:25

May we be a church that welcomes all, serves our neighbors, and carries Christ’s love into the world with compassion and grace.

❤️ Come, Holy Spirit.
💨 Breathe new life into your Church.
🌎 Send us to share hope and justice with the world.

We all face giants. In Faith in the Valley (1 Samuel 17), we’re reminded that courage doesn’t come from confidence in ourselves; it comes from confidence in God. While everyone else saw an impossible giant, David saw an opportunity for God to move. Whatever valley you’re walking through today, remember: the battle belongs to the Lord.

Join us at 10 AM at the Warren County Fairgrounds as we discover what it means to trust God in the middle of fear, uncertainty, and impossible odds.
