Faith Building Church

Early this morning, our dear partner, elder, and Senior Adult Pastor, Gary Wade, finished his race for now here on earth and got to meet his Savior face-to-face.

He dearly loved Faith Building Church, and every single person who walked through our doors. One of his greatest desires in this life was to see the church prosper and grow to reach as many as possible.

This isn’t goodbye. Instead, this is simply “see you later,” as we can confidently say that all he did today was move from our present and into our future.

We love you, Pops. ❤️

It’s Pastor Appreciation Month! So… we want to share a bit about our founding pastors, Anthony and Jennifer, and the things you don’t see on Sunday mornings!

Pastors Anthony and Jennifer founded Faith Building Church in the summer of 2010 as they and a small group began meeting in their home’s basement before a series of moves and growth led us to our current building in 2015.

Pastor Jennifer taught 4th grade at Lebanon Schools before the Lord directed her to stay home with Anniston and Avery. She loves traveling with Anthony (and the kids… most of the time 😉), and she is very loyal, as can be observed by her perseverance as a Cincinnati Bengals fan! She also loves baking and working out… which is good, as those two activities pretty much cancel each other out!

Pastor Anthony worked in finance before the Lord directed him to step out in faith to plant FBC with Jennifer. Over the years, he has loved watching and coaching Anniston and Avery in a variety of sports, and he enjoys being outside, whether it’s cooking on the flattop or landscaping! He also loves golfing and is having to work extra hard to keep Avery from beating him anytime soon!

Thank you Pastors Anthony and Jennifer for all you do for us! We are so appreciative!

This Sunday, we had the privilege of hearing from Anthony and Tammy DiPenti about Gospel Grace Academy in Haiti 🇭🇹.

More than 950 children are learning, growing, and discovering their God-given purpose.

Through education, faith, and community, Gospel Grace Academy is investing in the next generation by equipping children with knowledge AND the Gospel.
