Resurrection ShareChurch Team spent Day 3 at the Irresistible Church Conference learning, growing, and being stretched in really meaningful ways.
A highlight was the breakout on Preaching In Your Own Voice—a powerful reminder that God calls us to steward our own voice, not imitate someone else’s.
We also explored the tension between imitation and influence, and the importance of staying rooted in conviction, Scripture, and the unique way God has shaped each of us.
Leadership challenges kept pointing us back to curiosity and ownership—asking, “What would the next leader do?” and having the courage to step into it.
We ended with powerful worship, a surprise appearance from Andrew Stanley, and a joy-filled finale of celebration, Chick-fil-A, and a parade-like atmosphere with incredible leaders.
We learned a lot, laughed a lot, and are leaving encouraged, grateful, and inspired for what’s next. .church
