Strong women break… and then they build.
They don’t pretend the season isn’t hard. They don’t perform peace they haven’t found yet. They don’t post the highlight when the behind the scenes is barely holding together.
They’re honest about it.
They let the weight be heavy. They let the night be long. They let the grief be real without rushing past it to get to the lesson.
Because strong women know that healing doesn’t happen on a schedule. And pretending you’re okay is not the same as actually being okay.
But here’s what else strong women know.
The breaking is not the ending. The falling apart is not the falling away. The season that’s trying to take you out is the same season God is using to build something in you that comfort never could.
Isaiah 43:2 says, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned.”
Not around it. Through it.
Strong women go through things. Hard things. Quiet things. Things nobody claps for and nobody sees. Things they carry in the middle of still showing up, still raising children, still leading, still working, still choosing faith when everything in them is exhausted.
And they don’t get a trophy for it. They get something better. They get refined. They get roots that go deeper than the storm reaches.
They get a testimony that can pull someone else off the floor. They get an unshakeable knowing that if God brought them through the last one, He will bring them through this one too.
You are not who this season says you are. You are not what the hardest chapter tried to name you.
You are a woman being forged, not forgotten.
Feel it. Grieve it. Be honest about it. And then rise. Because that’s what you do.
