I am so excited to share that I get to go on mission this year! I am headed out to Jinja, Uganda in June and would love the support of my friends and Family. I would love it of y’all will join me in praying for safe travels for our team and for God to prepare the hearts of the people we will encounter wjen we get there. Good afternoon Facebook Family! We are just three weeks away from our mission trip to Africa!! We are so excited, please review the prayer points below and join us in prayer:

1. We are still a bit short of our fundraising goal; please pray for provision for the cost of our trip. If you feel led to partner with us financially, please send a PM and I will get you the details.

2. Pray for Tanzania! We are believing that God will prepare the hearts of the people we will meet when we are there. Pray God to show favor to their children, their government, and their economy.

3. Pray for travel mercies. It can be quite challenging traveling to the other side of the world. There are all sorts of potential problems from tired emotional travelers to paperwork issues. We are believing for nothing but favor from the time we get in the car to go to the airport until the time our feet land back at home.

4. Pray for Heath and protection from disease and stomach illness. It is common to fall I’ll and it is not fun so far away from home. We are believing for God’s complete protection over our health!

5. Pray for our team. We are traveling with a team of 32 (I think that’s right) people from our home church and a couple hundred missionaries from other churches from many countries. Please pray that we remain focused and unified! Pray that we are remember to be constantly listening for the Holy Spirit’s direction and wisdom and that we don’t lose sight of the people who we are going to serve.

I haven’t listened to this song in a long time. Today I listened and remembered why God calls us to create community with others. It is all about the one; the one suffering, the one broken, the one lost. Lord give me eyes to see and ears to hear. Break my heart for what break yours. I pray that my heart beats more and more like Jesus’ every day!

Happy Sunday! Wanted to take a moment to share a word God highlighted for me this morning. Praying that the church be reminded of our identity in Christ and allow ourselves to have a softened heart so that we are able to truly represent the character of God!

This song got my heart today! This is a picture of a posture of faith. Sometimes we don’t see what God sees, we can’t see our miracle in the making, we can’t see God’s plan. We can still choose to believe!

Good morning! if y’all could join me in prayer today that would be awesome! Last time I was headed to Africa, I had some health issues that kept me from going. Wouldn’t you know it, some of those same health issues are trying to return. God has already begun to heal my body as last week I suddenly had some trouble walking and today I am walking without any pain. But I am still dealing with another issue. I know that God is faithful and He will finish what He has started, please pray that my health is completely restored before my next doctors appointment. Hannah and I are so excited for this next adventure! For more information about our trip, click the link in the bio.
