We would like to give every elementary child a Bible! If your child is in 2nd-5th grade and has not yet received a Bible from us, please be sure to sign up for our Bible Presentation on Sunday, September 13 at our worship services. We will immediately begin using them during our Bible Scouts program that starts that week!

Book Drive for Agape Village

For our outreach project this month, we are gathering new or gently used books for the children at Agape Village. The most needed books are for the following age ranges:

Upper Elementary
Middle School
High School

Please bring these to church through September, and then we will take them to Agape Village in the fall for a reading party with the children there!

Preschool Classroom (downstairs by nursery)

Welcome to Sunday School! We are especially excited to welcome our preschoolers to their own class this year! All 3- and 4-year-olds are invited to come to the classroom right next to the nursery for their own special Sunday School Class each week. If you are coming at 10:00, please drop your preschool child off directly to that classroom and bring elementary children upstairs. Preschool children who were part of our large group time during the 9am service will automatically be taken to the new preschool classroom at 10am.

All elementary children will be in classrooms upstairs, just off of our BH Kids Space. We look forward to an amazing year, with a brand-new curriculum and our wonderful team of Sunday School teachers!

It was a Back To School Party to remember! Not only did we have the biggest water slide ever, but our 5th graders got to join in with the youth and play laser tag in the gym. Add 3 coolers of water balloons to all that, plus pizza and snow cones, and you have the best back to school party ever! Loving summer all the way to the end!

Back to School Blessing! Pastor Bonnie prayed over our students, teachers, school staff, and parents, and we will be cheering for them this week! Plus we upgraded our BH Kids Space and welcomed all our kids and parents back to our cool, fun space! We have already noticed a lot of our dads wanting to stay and play basketball with the kids 😊

It's Back to School Sunday! Join us for our Back to School Blessing in the morning at both worship services (bring your backpack too!). And then come back to church Sunday evening, from 5-7pm, for a great back to school party! 5th Graders are invited to join the youth for laser tag in the gym; preschool-4th grade will be outside on the front lawn with a huge water slide, water balloons, and sprinklers.

Pizza and snow cones! Wear your swimsuit and bring towels and lawn chairs. Parents must stay outside and watch over children preschool-4th grade.

Project Linus! Another great Serve Sunday project to make handmade blankets for children who are seriously ill and hospitalized for prolonged periods of time. The kids did a great job making these fleece tie blankets!
