Today we celebrate Juneteenth. This day marks the freedom of enslaved African Americans in Texas and celebrates the enduring pursuit of liberty, justice, and dignity for all people.

This day reminds us that every person is created in the image of God and deeply loved by Him. May we continue to pursue unity, understanding, and love as we seek to honor Christ in our community.

Every 5 years, Pastor Brian and Angela are given an opportunity to take a planned sabbatical for rest, recharging, study, and looking ahead to what God has for Bay Area. We invite you to join us in praying that this season would be a time of refreshment, encouragement, and meaningful time together with the Lord and one another.

While they are away from June 29th - August 8th, we'll continue our journey through the book of Acts and welcome a different guest speaker each Sunday. We're excited to hear how God will use each of them to encourage and challenge us through His Word.

💡 Illumination Station 💡

VBS 2026 was an unforgettable week! 690 kids learned that Jesus is the light of the world. Every dance move, game, craft, and Bible story all pointed to one thing ➡️ Jesus is the promised son of God who died for our sins and rose again. There is no greater story than that! We can't wait to do it all again next year!

We also want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who served. Your willingness to be the hands and feet of Jesus is the reason amazing weeks like this happen!
