Father’s Day invites us to honor the men who have nurtured, guided, and loved us—while also holding space for the many different experiences this day can bring. For some, it is filled with gratitude and joy; for others, it may carry grief, longing, or complicated memories.
Today, we celebrate not perfection, but the quiet faithfulness of those who have offered care, support, and presence in big and small ways—fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and all who have shown a nurturing spirit. We also remember and hold in prayer those for whom this day is tender.
May we give thanks for the love that shapes hearts, extend compassion to one another, and trust that God’s grace meets us wherever we are.
