Dear Heavenly Father,
Give me the boldness like the men in today's reading to leave my comfort and all I know to follow the plan and purposes of God. As I focus on Jesus I will be led by His Spirit, I will not allow anyone around me to place doubt in my heart that You are the Messiah the one chosen to change my life, Jesus. Like Your life Jesus, people may doubt who You’ve called me to be because of how and where I was raised, but I will ignore the doubters because great things come from obscure places. Quicken my heart so that I will know the time and place to use the gifts You’ve given me. Bless me with divine obedience so that I may walk in the wake of Your miracles and point people to Your saving grace. I declare that this is the season of miracles, I declare that this is the season of new beginnings. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Dear God,
As I continue to grow I thank You that I am increasing in wisdom and understanding like Jesus. Even when others don’t understand the magnitude of my calling I will remain true to what You’ve placed inside of me Lord. I choose to understand that sometimes the people closest to me won’t understand my anointing and that’s ok. Nevertheless I will not shrink or play small when it comes to walking in my divine identity. With Jesus as my focus I will learn to walk and talk in confidence as He did! I am ready to live to my fullest and be involved with my Heavenly Fathers Business…In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Have you ever felt the pressure to stay quiet about what you believe, because you do not want to be seen as difficult? When the cost feels real—approval, a job, a friendship—your faith can start to feel like a risk. Daniel knew the decree, yet he still knelt to pray “just as he had done before” (Daniel 6:10). When he landed in the lions’ den, God did not leave him there; Daniel later said, “My God sent His angel, and He shut the lions’ mouths” (Daniel 6:22). His courage was not loud, just steady. If you feel surrounded today, you are not alone. Ask God for a calm, faithful next step, even if it is small. He can hold you in places you cannot control, and He will be with you when your trust is tested.

Since we have been learning about the “pits” and “storms” of life, I thought I would share this prayer with you today.
Dear God,
With each new breath I take today I will give thanks for the words found in the Bible. When others seek to throw me into a pit and try to muddy my character and name, I thank You that through the clothing of kindness and humility You will provide a way out of the muddy pit for me. When the hands of influence shift around me because I live in integrity I will receive uncommon favor and uncommon choices regarding the desires of my heart even in the midst of my enemies. No matter what may come my way I am resting in the finished work God, I am at peace because I know that I am a child of God! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Happy Monday everyone. Let’s make each day count.

Dear Father, fill me with Your Spirit in all of my conversations today. I understand that my words are influential and can have the power to make people feel great about who they are or inadequate compared to others. My words are the building block of my life and can affect those around me. Father, allow me to speak carefully and mindfully so that I can be a reflection of You through my words. Allow me to talk to others so that I can bring them comfort, peace, strength, and joy. Amen.
