With the conclusion of OKUMC Annual Conference and the finalization of ministry appointments, we are pleased to announce the official appointment of Rev. Lisa Anderson and Rev. Chris Kim to Lawton First United Methodist Church for the 2026–2027 ministry year!

We joyfully welcome Rev. Lisa Anderson and look forward to a fruitful year ahead as she serves alongside Rev. Chris Kim, who has been reappointed following his commissioning.

Graduation / Promotion Sunday!

Last Sunday, we celebrated our Graduation & Promotion Sunday and took time to honor and encourage our students.

We celebrated a total of six students as they begin new chapters in their journeys — one entering college, three entering high school, and two entering middle school.

We are so proud of each of them and pray that they will continue to grow in faith, wisdom, and love as they pursue their dreams with God’s guidance. Congratulations to all of our students, and may God bless your future journeys!
