I voted, I actually voted early. As I think on this voting day and as I am spending intimate time with Him, He just spoke Proverbs 21:1 and James 5:16 to me.
Earnest, heartfelt, effectual, fervent, spirit lead, Word-based prayer still compels angels to function as ministering spirits/to perform His word spoken out of my mouth, still opens closed heavens over our head to release the rain, and still causes the Lord to hearken unto the voice of a man and fight for us.
This is the God who holds the hearts of leaders in his hands and who will turn their hearts to doing good or remove them if the Church will consistently pray as a righteous kingdom citizen.
I BELIEVE GOD. YES, PLEASE VOTE BUT DO NOT NEGLECT PRAYER. WE WILL NOT VOTE ALONE. WE WILL VOTE AND TRUST GOD.

Proverbs 21:1 The king's is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it withersoever he will.
James 5:16 The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Hebrews 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation.
Psalms 103: Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
Joshua 10:14 And there was no day like that before it or after it, that the Lord hearkened unto the voice of a man: for the Lord fought for Israel.

Psalm 78:35 And they remembered that God was their rock, And the Most High God their Redeemer.

It is so great to be blessed with the freedom of choice. It is also so great that even in this time that we live in, we each have the right to choose to remember that God is our rock no matter what the headlines say. I choose to remember that with God all things are possible and that He is for me and not against me

Father, thank you for being our rock and our redeemer. Amen!!

Proverbs 2:6 For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.

Don’t stress. The Lord is the God of all wisdom, and He stands ready to always answer your prayers on what to do, how to do it, when to do it, where to do it, and who to do it with.

Father, we thank you for insight into your ways of doing things, thank you for helping us to yield to your directions in every situation, and thank you for your peace which lets us know that we are aligned with your will for our lives and not against your will. Amen!!
