Tabernacle International Church Connected2God youth group for Middle and High School students. Come and Connect with us!

Connected to God is TIC 's Youth Ministry especially designed for Middle School and High School grades 6th - 12th. We meet weekly on Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm for Connection classes. The classes emphasizes teaching young people about discipleship, growth and serving others. We help teens to connect with others in a fun and interactive way. We attend group outings scheduled during the Spring and

Summer breaks; as well as camps, retreats, lock- ins and other events designed to encourage spiritual growth.

BIG Thanks to Patrick and Jennifer Stewart and their team for joining C2G in the loft today. They taught us so much about Jamaican culture experiences and history. Did we mention that the food was delicious!? The youth really enjoyed it.

Thanks to Pastor Sandy for taking the time to pour into us yesterday. She spoke about starting a revival in us, about us being intentional, about who we hang around and who we allow in our space. We need to know who God calls us to be and what His purpose is for us. We must surrender! We can’t be half committed. God is calling us to the front line. We left better than we walked in.

We had a powerful time in the Lord during class yesterday. Thanks to our guest teacher Mrs. Kateisha Oladipo who taught a great lesson on Spiritual bo***ge. She spoke about the different types of bo***ge young people find themselves in and the only true way to get out - by giving them to God.

The Scriptures we studied were, Isaiah 61:1-3, Isaiah 49:24-26 and Matthew 11:28-29. We believe that a lot of bo***ges were broken.

Thank you Mrs Kateisha for speaking into the lives of C2G! Remember C2G this coming Sunday, March 29 is Family Worship Sunday.

Today C2G Youth had a great discussion upstairs in The Loft. Ms. Missy spoke about El Kanna: The Jealous God and El Shaddai: The Sufficient God. We also looked at John 15 and discussed why it’s important for us to stay connected to the vine. Staying connected to the vine, we will come to realize that El Shaddai is sufficient for ALL our needs!
