🌧️ DON’T WAIT FOR THE RAIN TO START BUILDING!

Pastor Joel reminded us that obedience means moving before we see the evidence. Faith requires us to trust God enough to prepare for what He promised, even when the forecast doesn’t make sense.

Build before the rain. Prepare before the promise. Obey before you see it! 🙌🏽

The question is: Are you building in obedience, or are you waiting for the rain to prove God is faithful?

IF IT DOESN’T COST YOU SOMETHING, IS IT REALLY FAITH? 👀🔥

Real faith will stretch you. It will challenge your comfort, require your obedience, and sometimes lead you into places where you can’t see how it’s going to work out.

Because faith isn’t faith when you only move when it makes sense. Faith is trusting God enough to move when it scares you, obey when it’s uncomfortable, and believe Him when you don’t have all the answers.

If your faith never requires you to surrender control, step out of comfort, or trust God beyond what you can see, it might be time to ask yourself: Am I really walking by faith?

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” — Hebrews 11:1

October is Pastor Appreciation Month, and today we want to honor Pastor Patrick, our Executive Pastor! ❤️

Pastor Patrick, this season has required so much from our church, and you have stepped up in ways that deserve to be recognized. You may not always be the loudest voice in the room, but your impact speaks volumes. From supporting our teams to helping carry the vision of this house, you have been a steady, faithful presence when it has mattered most.

There is something powerful about the kind of leadership that doesn’t need the spotlight to make a difference. You show up, you serve, you make sure people feel supported, and you help create the kind of environment where others can thrive. So much of what happens behind the scenes is made possible by leaders like you, and we don’t want those contributions to go unnoticed.

Pastor Patrick, thank you for your consistency, your heart for this house, and the way you continue to serve our church family. We see the work you do, we value the leader you are, and we are grateful for the role you play in helping COR move forward.

COR family, let’s take a moment to show Pastor Patrick some love this month! Whether it’s a message of encouragement, a word of gratitude, or simply letting him know how his leadership has impacted you, take a moment to remind him that what he does matters.

Pastor Patrick, thank you for being a powerful force behind the scenes and a faithful leader in this house. We appreciate you! ❤️

October is Pastor Appreciation Month, and today we want to honor our very own Pastor Tiffany! ❤️

Pastor Tiffany, there are some seasons that no one could have prepared you for, and yet, here you are, continuing to love, serve, and lead with grace. As Pastor Joel’s wife, you have been an incredible source of strength and support for him, while also standing alongside COR Church as we navigate a season none of us could have anticipated.

You have helped carry the weight of the unknown while continuing to show up for this house, support its people, and care for the vision God has placed here. And in the middle of it all, you are still tending to your home, loving your family, and trusting God to move in your own life, too.

We recognize that behind the strength people see is a woman who is also trusting, waiting, praying, and believing God for what comes next. Your faithfulness in this season is a testimony in itself. You remind us that we can continue to trust God even when we don’t have all the answers, and that serving others doesn’t mean we stop believing Him for ourselves.

Pastor Tiffany, thank you for your heart, your strength, your willingness to stand in the gap, and the love you continue to pour into this house. We pray that as you have supported so many others, you feel supported, covered, and encouraged, too. You are seen, you are valued, and you are deeply loved.

COR family, let’s be intentional about celebrating Pastor Tiffany this month. Send her an encouraging message, share how she’s impacted your life, cover her and her family in prayer, or find a meaningful way to show your appreciation. Let’s make sure she knows that the love she pours out doesn’t go unnoticed.

Pastor Tiffany, we thank God for you, and we’re grateful to walk through this season with you. We love you! ❤️

October is Pastor Appreciation Month, and we want to take a moment to honor our pastor, Pastor Joel. ❤️

Pastor Joel, this season of life has brought its share of hardships, yet time and time again, you have continued to show up for this house. Even while navigating challenges of your own, you have remained committed to shepherding, praying for, encouraging, and pouring into the people God has entrusted to you.

That kind of leadership doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s a reminder that pastoring is more than standing behind a pulpit on Sunday. It’s carrying people in prayer, leading with love, and remaining faithful to the assignment even when life isn’t easy.

Pastor Joel, we see you. We appreciate you. And we thank God for the heart you carry for this house. We pray this month reminds you that the same people you pour into are grateful for you, too.

COR family, let’s make this month intentional. Find a way to honor Pastor Joel in whatever way feels genuine to you. Send an encouraging message, share a word of gratitude, pray for him and his family, or simply let him know the impact he’s had on your life. It doesn’t have to be big to be meaningful.

Let’s remind our pastor that he doesn’t have to pour alone. We’re grateful for you, Pastor Joel! ❤️

I don’t need to see it! Is now streaming on all platforms!

We kicked off our new series with a powerful reminder from Pastor Joel: faith is more than what we say we believe; it’s how we choose to live. If we truly believe God meant what He said, our lives should reflect it!

Missed Sunday’s message? Now is your chance to catch up. Go watch, share it with someone, and let’s start living BY FAITH!

FAITH IS MORE THAN WORDS. IT’S A WAY OF LIFE. 🙌

We kicked off our new series, BY FAITH: Living Like God Meant What He Said, in a major way this Sunday!

Pastor Joel challenged us with a powerful reminder: faith requires more than lip service. It’s not just about what we say we believe; it’s about how we live, the choices we make, and the way we trust God even when it’s difficult.

If we say we have faith, our lives should reflect it. Our faith should be visible in our obedience, our actions, and our everyday walk with Christ.

The question is no longer just, “Do you believe?” but “Does the way you live prove it?”

We’re just getting started! Let’s keep learning what it means to live BY FAITH!
