Youth Insight
Tuesday's 6:00pm to 7:00pm
The goal of Youth Insight is to help youth and their parents become aware of the development of life controlling problems in their lives. The participants become aware of the different types of addictions like substance (drugs), behavioral (anger), and relationships (co dependency) addictions along with their typical progression. Participants will find hope and healing in Christ as we explore these topics.

Thursday's 5:30 to 6:30
Powerful Parenting is designed to help participants recognize the awesome privilege and responsibility entrusted to them by God. As parents they have been given the responsibility of guiding, and directing, and loving a new life into healthy and responsible adulthood.

Substance Abuse:
Mondays 5:30 to 6:30
Substance Abuse is designed to help participants understand the 12 step program and identify what a life controlling problem is.No matter what the life controlling matter is, a different way of life is available through Jesus Christ. Participants will find a hope for themselves, their relationships, and their future.

Anger Our Master or Servant:
Monday's from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Anger is designed to assist the client’s understanding of anger and how it affects both themselves and others. From a Biblical perspective participants will address anger's role in spousal abuse, child abuse, violence, depression, and other problems on the rise in our culture.

Restoring Families:
Monday's from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Restoring Families is designed to help participants identify violent or dysfunctional behaviors in their families. Participants will learn how to ask God for discernment, healing, and forgiveness for those who have abused them while repenting of any harm that they may have caused because of their dysfunctional learned coping skills.

Victory Over Trauma:
Wednesday’s from 5:00 to 6:30
Victory Over Trauma is designed to offer practical help for people struggling with the hidden wounds of PTSD/trauma. Positive growth can result from negative experiences. Insights from the medical and counseling community are wrapped in biblical principles and shared experiences of others.

Great Living Free Training today at Light to the World Church in Bellevue, WA. 54 people came to the morning awareness training and these 27 people stayed for the Facilitator Training.
