If you haven’t registered your child yet, now is the time. Registering ahead helps us prepare shirts, supplies, classrooms, and activities for everyone attending.

The classrooms are being prepared.
The decorations are going up.
The volunteers are ready.
And we cannot wait to welcome all of our little soldiers THIS week.

Over the next few nights, kids will learn about the armor of God through Bible lessons, worship, games, crafts, recreation, and time together growing in the Lord.

Please continue praying over this week:
• for safety
• for salvations
• for encouragement
• for boldness
• and for hearts to be drawn closer to Jesus

*One more week until VBS at Gum Springs*

At Gum Springs Baptist Church, we believe children matter deeply to the Lord, and we count it a blessing to pour into the next generation.

VBS is more than just a fun event on the calendar. It is an opportunity to teach truth, build faith, create community, and remind children that they are seen, known, and loved by God.

We are excited to spend next week worshipping, learning scripture, laughing together, and teaching our kids how to put on the whole armour of God.

Thank you to every volunteer, teacher, parent, and church member helping make this week possible. 💚

Your child’s favorite VBS memory might start with one invitation.

Some of the sweetest friendships and memories are made during Vacation Bible School, and we would love for your family to be part of it this year.

Invite your cousins, neighbors, classmates, teammates, and friends to join us as we learn about the armor of God and what it means to stand strong in the Lord.

*SAVE THE DATE*

Youth Camp 2026 is coming back this year on July 15–18, and we are already expectant for what God is going to do.

If you’ve never experienced youth camp at Gum Springs, it’s hard to fully explain. It’s more than games and late nights. It’s four days where students step away from distractions, build friendships, laugh until they cry, worship together, and hear truth poured into them morning and night.

Every year we watch kids walk in nervous, shy, overwhelmed, distracted, or disconnected… and leave encouraged, confident, loved, and hungry for more of Jesus.

And honestly? We believe this generation desperately needs spaces like that.

Parents, this is an investment that lasts longer than summer memories. The conversations, relationships, and seeds planted during these few days often carry into the school year and beyond.

There is something so special about children being surrounded by people who love Jesus and want to pour truth into their hearts. 💚

At VBS, kids won’t just play games and have fun together. They’ll hear the Word of God, learn scripture, worship together, and be reminded that they are deeply loved by the Lord.

In a world full of confusion and pressure, we want our children rooted in truth and equipped with the armor of God.

We are thankful for every volunteer, teacher, and church member helping make this week possible because there is nothing more important than serving for the Kingdom of God.
