Entry Deadline - Returning vendors - June 30, 2025

Show times - Friday November 21, 2025 - 5pm - 8pm
Saturday November 22, 2025 - 9am - 3pm
Place - Rotary Park - inside gyms
Food trucks - outside by gyms
Booth prices - Singe 10 x 10 - $65.00
Double 10 x 20 - $130.00
Food trucks - $100.00
Set-up time - Friday November 21 - 8am to be completed no later than 5pm
Booths must remain up till 3pm Saturday November 22

Please read these exhibitor rules completely
No to***co products - ci******es, ci**rs, e-ci******es, v**e or v**e pens, chewing, dippings - allowed inside either building. No alcohol products or drugs allowed in park.
Exhibitors may start to set up booth displays on Friday at 8am to be concluded by 5pm Friday afternoon.
Each exhibitor must remain set - up during the designated time of the show on Friday and Saturday. Do not dismantle before Saturday 3pm.
Each exhibitor must be in your booth- you cannot rent your booth out to anyone else.
You will be responsible for maintaining your own exhibit during show time.
You will be responsible for collecting your own taxes, if applicable.
Your entire display tables - front, both ends, back - must be completely covered underneath must be hidden. This not only makes displays look attractive, it is a safety issue.
Booth size is 10 x 10. You will be responsible for furnishing your own tables to display items and your own chairs.
Voice of Victory John 6:35 is not responsible for theft or loss of items. They are not responsible for providing any liability insurance or workman’s compensation insurance for booth vendors. Vendors assume all responsibility for any loss, damage, claim of injury to the vendor, his or her employees/agents/representatives or to any property or goods of the same whether by fire, theft, act of God, accident or any cause whatsoever. We will provide someone to give instructions on the location of your booth.
If you choose, you may play Christmas cd’s at your booth - however, we ask that you not play it loud.
If you have children with you at any time during set-up or during the show, they are to stay in your booth or have an adult with them outside your booth. Do not let them run around in the gym or go to other vendor booths.
No Pets - Large or Small - exception - service dogs only.
