Happy and Blessed Father's Day to all the wonderful brothers in Christ.

May the Heavenly Father continue to guide you in the mission field of fatherhood and bless your house.

As you celebrate today always remember every Dad makes mistakes, there are no perfect parents, but God is just and faithful to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)

So it's okay depending on the situation you find yourself in today. Take heart because the Heavenly Father is near. He knows the faithful and the prodigals and He knows every parent waiting and searching at the gates.

As you finish your special day take these notes to heart:

Always pray with your family, always read God's word and always trust in the Faithful Love of our Heavenly Father.

God bless you and keep you and make His face shine upon you. May He be gracious to you and give you peace.

In Jesus Name

Amen

“This month, we honor sacred ground—Bradley’s Creek Cemetery, a quiet resting place where history, memory, and faith meet. In this peaceful corner of Rutherford County, beneath these trees and open sky, lie the stories of the men, women, and children who shaped this community long before our time. Their footsteps once crossed these fields. Their hands built the homes, the churches, and the farms that became the heart of Bradley’s Creek, Lascassas, and Milton. And now, their presence lingers here in the legacy they left behind, reminding us that we are part of something much larger than ourselves.
This cemetery holds approximately 218 graves, each one representing a life known and loved. Some stones stand tall and clear, others have softened with age, and some graves remain unmarked—yet every life remembered here holds meaning and dignity. Time may have worn away names, but it has not erased the worth of the people who rest beneath this soil.
Among the earliest known burials is Samuel B. Rhodes, laid to rest in January of 1817. His grave marks the beginning of this cemetery’s long story, stretching back to the earliest years of Tennessee’s statehood. When he was buried here, this land was still young, still being carved out by families who carried hope, courage, and faith into an uncertain frontier. His presence reminds us that this place has been a sanctuary of remembrance for more than two centuries.
This month, we honor not only the individuals buried in this ground but the spirit of community they helped create. These were people who lived through hardship and joy, who prayed in small churches, who worked the land with determination, who raised families, and who trusted God through seasons of abundance and seasons of loss. Their lives were woven into the fabric of this place, and their legacy continues to shape us.
Cemeteries like Bradley’s Creek are more than historical sites—they are places of reflection, gratitude, and connection. They remind us that life is a gift, that our days are precious, and that the love we give and the faith we carry are what endure. Standing here, we feel the weight of time, but also the comfort of continuity. We are reminded that those who came before us walked with the same hopes and fears we carry today, and that the same God who watched over them watches over us still.
May we continue to protect this ground with reverence. May we honor the memory of every person laid to rest here named and unnamed. And may this place remain a quiet witness to the enduring strength of faith, family, and community. As we remember those who have gone before us, may we also be inspired to live our own lives with the same courage, devotion, and grace.”

Have you ever come to the question who was Jesus Christ?

Nearly 2,000 years have passed since He raised the very question to His disciples:

"Who do you say that I am?"

A simple question were He just a simple man. Yet all of our human existence in the current and afterlife depends on the answer we give.

Come and see who those closest to Him, claim Him to be.

Join us this Sunday for our service at 11:00am as Pastor Luke Taylor continues to guide and teach through the gospel of Mark!

(Bible Study begins at 9:45am for adults, teens, tweens and little ones)
