October is Pastor Appreciation Month!

This month, we pause to honor and celebrate our Senior Pastor, Dr. Fredrick L. Gordon, for his faithful leadership, unwavering commitment, and genuine love for God’s people.

Thank you for preaching the Word, covering the vision, serving with compassion, and continually reminding us that healing is possible!

APH family, let’s show our pastor how much he is loved, valued, and appreciated—not only this month, but throughout the year.

We honor you, Pastor G!

What an incredible time in worship today as we continued our SEEDS series and explored:

Right time, wrong place.
Wrong time, wrong place.
Wrong time, right place.

A good seed planted in the wrong place may never reach its full potential. And sometimes, what looks like the wrong season is actually God positioning us in the right soil for future growth.

May God give us the wisdom to discern the right seed, the right soil, and the right season.

Placement matters. Timing matters. Trust God with the harvest.

We are still voyaging down the road of Building With Intent for Extent!

This week, we’re learning that vision requires more than inspiration—it requires infrastructure. Healthy systems create clarity, accountability, consistency, protection, and sustainability.

If we want the vision to extend beyond us, we must build structures that can support what God has entrusted to us.

Vision without infrastructure becomes frustration.

Let’s continue building with wisdom, order, and excellence—because we are not just building for today; we are building for what is coming next.

LI will build systems that make excellence repeatable.

Before we build what’s next, let’s look at what God has already built among us.

Every photo tells part of the story of healing: family strengthened, community formed, culture established, and lives transformed. This is what Building with Intent looks like at APH—and we cannot build it alone. We need you.

Let’s gather tonight to pray, learn, and continue building together.

🌱 Rain only matters when you have seed in the ground.
We’ve been planting, praying, believing, and waiting… and now our seeds are being WATERED! 💧

Guard your seeds. Protect what you planted. Trust what’s happening beneath the surface.
The rain isn’t here to destroy you. It’s watering what you’ve been believing God to grow.
🌱 SEEDS: Everything starts with a seed.

We’re always grateful when our friends come by and worship with us at APH! ❤️

Today, we explored The Weight of the Wait🌱

Waiting can feel heavy. It can be frustrating, uncomfortable, and even unfair. But sometimes, the place that feels the darkest is the very place where God is developing us the deepest.

Seeds go deeper in the dark before they ever see the light.

So don’t move too soon. Don’t dig up what you planted. Trust what God is doing beneath the surface.

Wait patiently for the LORD. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the LORD.” — Psalm 27:14 NLT

The weight of the wait is producing something in you. 🌱
