IMPORTANCE OF HOME FELLOWSHIP
A re you a believer of any given church? If yes are you belonging to any home church? If not you are in the walk with other believer but heading nowhere because home
church is the basic of Christian faith. Acts 2:46. " Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, Philemon1:7 "Your love has given me great joy and encouragement, because you, brother, have refreshed the hearts of the Lord's people".
1Cori 16:15-19. 16 For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either. 17 And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. 18 Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. 19 If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied.
TWO AREAS OF EMPHASIS ON HOME CHURCH.

2. BENEFIT OF HOME CHURCH
A common phenomena in the early church was the presence of Home church or
house fellowship in the residence of believers. No matter how highly placed
you were or what office you occupied in the main church, You either belonged to a home fellowship (church), or had a thriving one in your house. Even Apostle Peter belonged to one Acts 12:11-17..... 11 Then Peter came to himself and said, “Now I know without a doubt that the Lord has sent his angel and rescued me from Herod’s clutches and from everything the Jewish people were hoping would happen.”
12 When this had dawned on him, he went to the house of Mary the mother of John, also called Mark, where many people had gathered and were praying. .......
WHY THE HOME CHURCH:
1. The home church is the extension of the local assembly _acts2:46
2. The home church is a convenient unit, where every member of the church could be reached and chartered for . It is, therefore, a good caring unit,

3. The area of cares or lines of needs are easily identify in a home church or house Care fellowship Rom16:1_6.
4. The Home church beings peace to the entire church EXO 18:23.
BENEFITS OF HOME CHURCH.TO CHURCHES.
A church is a place of rest, prayers, Healing, worship, baptism of the HOLY
spirit and preparation for water baptism among many other things. Therefore.
every blessing that can take place in the regular church can also be received in a home church. These include:
1 Healing the sick Math 2:1-4'11-12
2 Salvation of the souls Mark 1:5 Act 2:40-42
3 Fasting prayer Act10:30-38
4 Angelic visitation/presence Act 10:10-16.
5 In-depth study of the word of God Act 10:34-43
6 Water baptism Act 10 47_48
7 Baptism in the HOLY spirit Act 10:44-46.
CONCLUSION
The home church does not only sustain the growth but also cares for the
individual members of the church.

An Organization: Is a social unit of people that is structured and managed to meet a need or s person collective goals. All organizations have a management structure that determines relationship between the different activities and the members and subdivides and assigns role responsibilities and authority to carry out different tasks. Organization is open systems they effect and are affected by the environment
A church: is an organisation. An organisation must be organised in documentation.
Documentation : Is the act or an instance of furnishing or authenticating with documents i.e
1. Programmes.
2. Filling.
3. Archives for information-bank.
4. Short hand services
5. Information back- up..eg
Voice recording/ audio.
Video recording.
Typed records.
God Himself values writing as a way of information(back up) that's why when Moses was given the 10 commandments and broke the first stone tablet God gave him the second copy as same as the first one. (Ex. 34:1)
Anytime God gathers people, He gives information or instructions that demands to be written or saved for future reference.
He did not tell Moses to listen to him, He told Moses to write the words or the information He gave to Him. (Ex. 34:24)
God values reference that's why He told Moses to write it down for generations. (Ex. 17:14)
Any organisation that does not value information banking is like an organisation that is in a walk leading nowhere. The organization that values information keep information for the future generation.
Information is a road map for the person who is present and those who will come after.
The Bible values writing( the Holy Spirit commands men to write the information they are given by God),
The vision is the road map where God is taking you.
For you not to get lost on the way, there is a need for you to write down the directions. Make the direction plain, don't use vocabulary. (Hab. 2:2)
Why do we write down the information?
•It is for the purpose of future reference.(Ex. 17:11, 34:29), Neh. 9:38, Ezra 6:10)
The church should document her gradual growth process (Jude 1:3 and 1st John 2:1)
The church should document all letters, minutes and resolutions arrived at. 2nd Peter 3:1
Paul administered the church to follow him as he followed Christ 1st Cor. 11:1. We as believers should imitate God and leaders given to us as treasures of information.(Heb 8:10, 10:16, 1st Thes. 4:9
Writing helps you to plan well, learn from previous mistakes and helps in being effective.
(Phil 1:19-21)
Every leader should be a writer, not only writing but also treasuring what we write(1st Thes 3:17)
• Writing keeps you safe from being mistaken.(Phil 3:1)
• Writing keeps the content unchanged.( Gal. 1:20)
• When writing make your handwriting readable (Gal. 6:11)

• Writing reminds you of your mandate and keeps you on toes.(1st Cor 13:10.
• There must be people who can help leadership with writing and documentation. (Textius) (Rom.16:22)

• Hardworking (Ability) Matt. 25:15
• Availability
• Responsible and Accepts corrections.
• Accountable.
• Good listener.
• Teachable. ( Good learner)
• Creative ( Let others admire you) 1st Cior. 14:40
• Game changer, (Implementor, Innovator)
