Welcome everyone to freedom of Praise.
It has been a considerable amount of time since we really posted anything about our ministry, First Lady's fault! got a bit disheartened, discouraged. Can happen to the best of us.
However, God is moving in such a mighty way here, doing such incredible things.
An update on a couple of members, our church mother Thelma Perry went home to the Lord, as did Brother Dan, Brother Vincent, gong back a bit now.
One of our ministers lost his mom and his sister recently, so prayers please for all who are grieving right now.
I would ask our prayer warriors to keep my own mother in prayer.
She is in hospital in England after quite a nasty episode, we have discovered she needs heart surgery to replace a valve, and at 86 yrs old myself and siblings have a difficult decision to make, we are awaiting answered questions from a heart surgeon to decide what is best to do. Some Holy Spirit guidance is very much needed here as is much prayer thank you.
As winter is slowly drawing closer, we are going to be collecting coats, hats scarves etc for the homeless, socks are greatly needed, as is footwear, such as boots. we will be so grateful for any donations of clothing / footwear. A receipt for the donations will be available upon request.
The Bible study for this week is Luke 16: the memory verse is Luke 16:9.
For all those who would like to participate in the homework, please study both, and write in 25 words or less, for both, what it means to you, or you learned from it. Hand that into Pastor Clyde, last day is Sunday, where a new lesson and memory verse will be given.
Please Saints, remember our beloved Bishop is Blind, sending text messages to his phone is not a good idea! Please call his phone. or call First Lady's phone or text my phone if it is really important and cannot wait until next church service.
Let us keep Israel in prayer, especially the hostages still being held. I cannot imagine the pain their families must be in. Remember the Saints in other countries that are not as blessed as we are to believe openly and face great dangers and difficulties if found out.
God bless you all, hope to see some of you at Sunday service or during the week.
