This is the issue, I have been talking about for years that hurts the homeless community, by people taking advantage of the Medicaid Billing System.
This is an individual that works for a Medicaid Billing Provider facility, paying the homeless cash money to have permission to bill their insurance, for services not rendered.
This is what Sober Homiez, is 100% percent against, Medicaid Embezzlement.
Behavioral Health Companies, utilizing their off the book staff, by having them go out and Pay the homeless cash money, to have access to a homeless individuals insurance, and the Provider-billing for services not provided.
It’s actually a Federal Crime, for a person to pay cash monies to a homeless individual to gain access to their insurance card, so a provider can bills the insurance.

Sober Homiez, has been working on a business plan for 2 years that can help eliminate this issue with Behavioral Health Companies doing embezzlement like this in the Homeless Population, by Nevada backing our project, it will prevent this situation and help more people in the homeless population to get off the streets to become clean and sober, so they may re-enter back into society to become a hardworking tax paying citizen.
This ethic is what keeps the homeless, homeless!
I’m not going to post what facility is involved with this work ethic in downtown Las Vegas.
But we need to gain more support behind Sober Homiez, to make a stand against this ethic of business,
Show support to Sober Homiez as we make a stand for the people and speak for the people in our community.

Hello Community Family, I have a favor to ask.
We are currently working on a huge project that is 100% non-medical, to help impact the homeless community in a positive way and help people released from CCDC or released on House Arrest, I need as many recommendation letters as we can get, we need about 100 recommendation letters.
If possible please write a recommendation letter on behalf of Sober Homiez, about how we have helped so many throughout the homeless and addiction population community get back on their feet.
These recommendation letters, will be used to lock in specific community partnerships, and the letters will be used to help Sober Homiez present a huge project we are trying to launch, that will help bring down the point in time count of the homeless population.
We have a project that we have been working on for 2 strong years with many others. The methods we have structured all came from trial and error, in us trying to use every method we could to take a homeless individual off the streets, and get him to re-enter back into society successfully and the workforce clean and sober.
It’s time for our community to come together and try something new. Sober Homiez has been around for 7 years, and we have never stopped pursuing our mission, we have never stopped even when others did not give us a chance.
Today I can say we are more ready, then we have ever have been in 7 years. Sober Homiez has proof and documentation showing we have helped thousands of people, and we deserve a chance. A majority of our leadership group came from addiction, homelessness, and prison, but that does not define who we are today.
This is the mission and calling we all have found peace in, by helping others that have lost their way and guiding them into becoming sober hard working tax paying citizens with a support system.
We have a team of people that have helped us in a 2 year period build a full business plan and structure with an (SOP) with a full breakdown on a financial budget that will save Nevada Millions of dollars for the State, City and County.
