Nefarious is the bastion of evil that has captured many unwary, seeking what they think is good but is a trap-door to untold misery and destruction.
Not only the unsaved, but Christians, also, are drawn by false wisdom and false knowledge into its pit.

To those who have not disdained them, are heaven's weapons and shields given to arm and protect the child of God. Spiritual warfare has intensified in today's world. To bear God's spiritual weaponry and shield can make the difference between victory and defeat, between life and death.

Accurate biblical knowledge is essential.

The Ichthus Institute for Enrichment and Christian Development, founded over 15 years ago, by Darrell C. Porter, will conduct three 3-hour seminars on spiritual warfare during October, November and December of 2025.

The first, "NEFARIOUS Spiritual Warfare" will be Thursday, October 9th at 6pm at Family Worship Center Church, 4000 Spring Rd., Las Vegas, NV, 89108.
The second will be Thursday, Nov. 6th with a warning about “Devils, Darkness & Demons”. Then, Thursday, December 11th will zero in on "High Ground Spiritual Warfare."

Registration is $15/person plus a small transaction fee.

For weeks and months, now, as I sadly witness the wretched behavior of so many of our leaders and those in power, I’ve wanted to write out about it. Today, I put down the following:

There are Christians, who in their hearts, are most disturbed by the things they see in the world around them, and in our nation. Some say they will not vote, not even for the candidate more closely concerned for the unborn, for the sanctity of marriages and families, for the safety and security of the land in which they live; and who openly respects God, the Bible and God's people. The Christian who then refuses to vote, actually votes for the forces boldly determined to bring greater darkness upon our nation.

Last night our weekly men's prayer group prayed hard and strong against Hurricane Milton and for the protection of Florida and its citizens. The following prayer is based on one I passed on earlier. Take it, pray it and send it to other believers, worldwide, to stand firm in faith against this hurricane killer.

FATHER, WE STAND ON YOUR WORD, KNOWING THAT YOU ARE THE LORD OF HEAVEN AND EARTH. LUKE 10:19 SAYS YOU GAVE US AUTHORITY TO TREAD ON SERPENTS AND SCORPIONS AND OVER ALL THE POWER OF THE ENEMY, SO THAT NOTHING SHALL BY ANY MEANS HURT US. Saw this prayer on another page. We stand and say Amen! 🙏 🙏

I was praying this evening concerning Hurricane Milton, and what I heard was cast down this high thing that exalts it self against the knowledge of God, so in the name of Jesus I cast down this Hurricane called Milton right now , I thank you that no weapon formed against Florida will prosper in Jesus name, I say waters be cooled in Jesus name and that seeding to cause this storm to become violent will die now in Jesus name, and I rebuke this Hurricane called Milton now in Jesus name, I speak peace to the waves and the winds right now in Jesus name. Thank you Father I ask you to remember mercy concerning those who have weaponnized the weather, I thank you for your light shattering the darkness thank you for breaking off fear off the people in Jesus name. Thank you Father for having mercy on those who have misrepresented you . I thank you for dispatching your angels now in Jesus name. Thank you Father most of all that you will receive all Glory in Jesus name.
