What is Vessel?
We are a community that is being healed and transformed to display the glory of God and Christ our Savior. All of us are broken by sin and by the sins of others. But God, in Christ, is redeeming and restoring what’s broken in us and around us. God is taking the fragments of our brokenness and mending us to become his vessel. And like the Japanese art of kintsugi, what once was broken, is being made whole and even more glorious than before.
Why the name change?
Full Gospel Las Vegas Church is located on the east side of the Vegas valley. But for the past 13 years, our EM community has been worshipping at a location on the west side (hence the name FG West). But, beginning in June, we will be together in the same space and the name “FG West” will no longer make sense. After some thought and prayer, the Lord has put it on our hearts to rename our community to Vessel.
Join us this Sunday at Faiss Middle School at 10:15 AM for our first service in our new location!
