This Lords Day we will begin our journey through the book of Ephesians.

Ephesians is written in a flowing liturgical style, rich with truth, reveals the glory of our triune God and serves as a handbook for our position in Christ and how to live.

We are excited to have Evan fill our pulpit this Lord’s Day. Evan attends Southern Theological Seminary and is a member of Immanuel Baptist where he currently serves as one of the Elders. Please pray for Evan and come prepared to hear the Word preached.

Join us this coming Lord’s Day!
Mack Tomlinson will be filling the pulpit.
Mack is a native Texan, who came to faith in Christ at the beginning of his second year of college in 1973.
The next year he committed to the gospel ministry while serving in his local church in his hometown of Clarendon Texas in the Texas Panhandle.
Mack was ordained to the gospel ministry in 1977 and then began pastoring in west Texas. He and his wife Linda were married in 1978
and have six children, ten grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
In October of 2024, he stepped down from 48 years of pastoral work and now conducts a wider ministry of preaching and writing. Some of his writings include articles for Banner of Truth and he is a published author by Reformation Heritage Books, meanwhile serving in his home church, Providence Chapel in Denton, Texas.

What a joy filled weekend full of the Lords kindness.
We were blessed to have our brother, Pastor Kris Castro worship with us! Pastor Kris preached out of Psalm 96 which focused on ascribing praise to our majestic King, who sits enthroned and rules over all nations.

We are grateful for Kris Castro’s heart for the church/nations, and we will be praying for the work the Lord has for Kris and his wife Linh in Tokyo Japan. May the Lord keep our hands to the plow to work unto Him and bear His image for the joy of all nations, tongues and tribes.

Also some of the ladies gathered together for our first women’s brunch.

We are truly grateful to the Lord for the Immanuel Network and the partner churches.

This Lord’s Day King’s Cross Church will start our new series in Jonah. A man who resisted God’s command and decided to flee the Lord’s presence. It’s a book about grace, mercy, redemption, and God’s heart for the nations.

Max Garner was our first Immanuel Network preacher to fill our pulpit this past Lord’s Day, and he did an outstanding job. King’s Cross is blessed to partner with solid churches whose preachers share our like-minded convictions
