If you are looking for a church home, join us at 11 am tomorrow morning. We'll be continuing on in our journey through the Gospel of Mark. Our sermon title is Indignant & Impossible Part 3 as we finish our mini-series in Mark 10:13-31. Jesus shocks His own disciples when He tells them that it is impossible to go to Heaven for eternity if they are trusting in the size of their bank account (or lack thereof) or in any amount of good works. So the question begs to be asked, what are you putting your trust in for your ticket to be punched to enter into Heaven for eternity?

Tomorrow, at 11 am, we'll continue looking into Mark's Gospel. We'll see the difference in those coming to Jesus with childlike faith and those rejecting Jesus evidenced by their earnings as more desirable than eternal life. Our sermon title is Indignant & Impossible from Mark 10:13-31. Don't let your place on Earth be of more value than your place in eternity. Come out and join us for worship.

Less than 30 minutes ago, this young man can clearly be seen looking into our building a seems to be talking to someone saying "hide your guns." He looks directly at one of our other cameras and provides a clear face shot (pic in comments). He was also captured taking something from our property that wasn't his to take. I'd like to sit down with this young man and have a chat over lunch, my treat. He's in desperate need of a "dad/son" chat before he escalates this to something with longer-term consequences. If you know him, have him call me. Seriously, young man, lunch is on me.

Last week, we looked at some texts about the Bible's teaching on divorce, marriage, and relations outside of the confines of the "marital bed." Those were laying the groundwork leading us up to our continuation in Mark 10:1-16, as Jesus is teaching on divorce. Join us tomorrow at 11 am. Our sermon title is Inseparable & Indignant, Part 2.
